3. Payment Terms

    Final prices are confirmed at the time of booking. Currency fluctuations and international surcharges may apply.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

    Cancellation charges may apply based on the time of cancellation and third-party supplier policies.

    Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15–30 business days.

    Non-refundable bookings or services will be clearly communicated before confirmation.

5. Travel Documentation & Insurance

    Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any necessary travel permits.

    Overseas travel insurance is recommended and may be mandatory for some packages. Insurance coverage is included only where explicitly stated.

6. Liability Disclaimer

    Global Guides acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, guides) and is not liable for third-party failures or disruptions.

    We are not responsible for force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or flight cancellations.

7. User Data & Privacy

    We collect only the data necessary to process travel requests and improve service delivery. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

    Client information is never sold or misused, and all transactions are conducted securely.

8. Intellectual Property

    All content, including text, logos, designs, and media, is the intellectual property of Global Guides or used with permission.

    No content may be reused or reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
